LIQVID uses the collected data for various purposes:

Retention of Data
LIQVID will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in this privacy policy, or as required by law. The criteria used to determine the appropriate retention period for personal data includes:

  • The potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data;

LIQVID will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.
When we no longer need to use your personal data, we will securely delete or destroy it in accordance with our data retention policy.

Data Transfers and Adequate Protection

Liqvid operates globally and may transfer personal data to its affiliates and third-party service providers located in various countries, including the United States, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Singapore. We take appropriate measures to ensure that the personal data we transfer is adequately protected in accordance with data protection laws, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Disclosure of Data
Disclosure for Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, LIQVID may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Please note that by using our website and providing us with your personal data, you agree to assume the risks associated with the transmission of your data to us. If you do not agree with this clause, please do not use our website or provide us with your personal data.
If you wish to be informed about what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.
You may take the below actions to change or limit the collection or use of your Personal Information.
Promotional/Marketing emails. You may choose to provide us with your email address for the purpose of allowing us to send free newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional/marketing materials to you, as well as targeted offers from third parties. You can stop receiving promotional/marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions and/or pressing unsubscribe button in e-mails that you receive.
Communication Preferences. If you decline to receive promotional and/or marketing emails, we may still send you transactional and service-related messages.

Deletion Of Your Personal Information. Typically, we retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Notice. Deleting your Liqvid account. If you decide to delete your account, you may do so by contacting us at go@liqvid.io. Deleting your account will:
  • Sign you out
  • Remove or anonymize any identifiable user information
At any time, however, LIQVID may permanently delete from its or its external provider's servers any User Data maintained in your Service account, and You may also request deletion of Your User Data maintained by LIQVID by contacting Liqvi. It is Your responsibility to maintain copies of Your important User Data and LIQVID accepts no responsibility for deleted User Data. Deletion of all User Data from an account will effectively terminate the account.
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Age Restrictions
